DCE Covenants and Restrictions Article 3.4b allows the HOA Board of Directors to increase quarterly assessments due to current costs and future needs of the Association.   Our Homeowners Association is committed to representing the best interests of our community.  We work hard to maintain our shared spaces and keep our neighborhood clean, safe, and beautiful.  Quarterly Assessments will increase by only 10% in 2026 to $120.00 per lot.  No over payments will be accepted after 2025. All owners will only be allowed to pay up to one year of assessments in the amount of $480.00.  Please send an email for questions, concerns and more information from the BOD on this change.  Thank you all for your cooperation and help with the continuation of our Association's self-management efforts.
