What is ACC?

Architectural Control Committee

The members that make up the ACC committee are appointed by the HOA Board of Directors.  Their duty is to review, investigate, approve or deny all ACC requests submitted by all owners.  This committee is made up of volunteers that are homeowners within Duck Creek Estates.

Plan and specifications of your improvement project must include:

  • Sketch of improvement
  • Nature of improvement
  • Kind of improvement
  • Shape, height and materials being used
  • Location of improvement

Any work may not begin until written approval has been obtained by your acc committee.

Go to the DCCr when changing the outside of your home.
